The Challenge
The challenge was not just aesthetic, but functional. Starting with a rigid Engineering Package, I had to wrap complex autonomous energy components into a housing that was secure yet accessible.

The Interface
In the absence of a digital screen, the hardware itself becomes the interface. I defined the HMI logic using ambient lighting.
Designed the external status indicators to communicate System Health (Active / Charging / Error) from a distance. This allows operators to gain immediate situational awareness without needing to physically access the control panel.
The Product
Autonomous systems must coexist with their environment. I architected the form factor to bridge the gap between 'Industrial Utility' and 'Modern Architecture,' ensuring the unit could be seamlessly deployed in residential and commercial contexts without looking like industrial machinery.

The Impact
The result was a seamless integration of high-tech autonomy and physical usability, recognized with the Red Dot Award 2024 for design excellence.
